1. The service

Fudica provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for digitising restaurant self-control records as required by the Finnish Food Authority (Ruokavirasto). The service is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually.

2. Account & cluster

Upon paid sign-up we create a cluster (your tenant), a primary site, and an owner account. Subsequent users (managers, workers) are added by the owner. You are responsible for all activity under your cluster.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Fudica to log false or fabricated records. The integrity of omavalvonta data is a regulatory obligation; tampering may amount to a food-safety offence under Finnish law.

4. Subscription, payment, taxes

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which is added at the Finnish rate. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access remains until the end of the billing period.

5. Service level

We target 99.5% uptime on the production app, excluding scheduled maintenance. We do not guarantee specific response times during the MVP phase, but in practice we monitor and respond promptly.

6. Limitation of liability

Fudica provides the service "as is". To the extent allowed by Finnish law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any regulatory fines incurred for content that was demonstrably uploaded by you.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are heard in the District Court of Helsinki.
